You will be responsible for all compensation, benefits, recognition and reward functions and activities within the company:
• Advises on and creates the overall total rewards approach and philosophy and establishes an ongoing communication plan to ensure these are well understood within the company.
• Brings thought leadership and drive the organization’s compensation and total rewards philosophy, strategy, and practices; ensure alignment with business growth goals and priorities
• Leads the team’s effort in the design, development, implementation, and communication of innovative Totals Rewards programs, solutions, and policies that ensure the organization can attract and retain the best talent
• Leads the compensation and benefits team, and partner closely with leaders on both day to day operations as well as strategic level decisions
• Drives analytical rigor and deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs; establish and drive key metrics including usage, engagement, and cost analyses consulting with our business analytics and financial teams
• Excels in change management and ensure strong communication of total rewards philosophy and practices with employees at all levels
• Manipulates large data sets in complex ways; tease meaning from the numbers and convey findings to leadership
• Audits jobs for content and prepare descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements
• Keeps apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
• Monitors and evaluates the company’s benefits programs including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies. Ensures programs are current about trends, practices, and costs
• Negotiates coverage services and costs with carriers. May have a role in the selection, administration, and maintenance of HRIS management
Qualifications:
• BS/BA required in a related area
• Have at least 7 years of compensation and benefits experience
• Will have managed a Total Rewards program
