The recruiter position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, professional and management positions throughout the Hospital. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions, a basic understanding of our organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
• 3 years’ recruitment experience
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• SHRM, HRCI or other HR certification preferred
