Maintains and implements compensation strategies as determined by administration. Acts as reference source for the HR staff regarding compensation questions.
• Participates in salary administration surveys to evaluate market competitiveness.
• Uses various methods to determine and maintain market competitiveness, conducts job evaluations; and coordinates the general increase process as well as any ad hoc market increases.
• Represents HR Compensation in performing appropriate testing activities during Human Resource Information System upgrades and implementations.
• Evaluates and analyzes salary data for executives and top management.
• Administers executive compensation programs, including executive salary surveys, annual incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans.
• Serves as HR Compensation subject matter expert relating to FLSA determinations.
• May lead or direct the work of others.
Experience:
• Three years in compensation administration
• Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
• Certified Compensation Professional
• Professional in Human Resources
• Senior Professional in Human Resources
