Conducts supervisory, management or nontechnical skills training courses for internal staff. Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of proposed training programs. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans including the method, media, and documentation to be presented. Instructs participants in classroom lectures and/or group sessions. Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material.
• Develop curriculum of blended learning methods to support professional development, including areas of QGT Product Training, Internal Systems, and Career Development
• Conduct and monitor training in a traditional classroom as well as in a virtual learning environment
• Work closely with multiple teams to ensure appropriate content development and delivery of training paths; this may include frequent job shadowing to remain aligned with key business goals
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in conjunction with subject matter experts
• Develop tests, questionnaires, and procedures that measure the effectiveness of curricula, and use these tools to determine whether training is meeting program objectives
• Develop and deploy new training content as well as revise and implement custom and standard training packages including presentations, handouts, manuals, exercises, online/on-demand and other resource materials
• Maintain training materials and make recommended improvements as necessary
• Mentor presenters, coaches and demonstrators that will participate in the development of training materials and or provide in‐person training
• Track training progress
• Assist in developing and refining the Global Operations training best practices
• Assist in maintaining the training calendar
Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree, or some college and 5+ years’ direct equivalent experience
• LMS (Learning Management System) Platform – Cornerstone
o LMS Admin experience in a Learning Management System and testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• An intermediate level understanding of technical and SOP writing
• CPLP preferred
• High-Tech or Semiconductor experience a major plus

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and GoToMeeting
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strongly proficient in Adobe Captivate
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
