This position will work with other leaders to contribute to the administration and vendor management of the international retirement, health and welfare benefit programs.
• Project manage benefit implementations and other special projects for international and expat benefit plans
• Drive strategy for existing international/expat benefits, which include countries with large and small employee populations and in countries where the company is newly establishing operations
• Lead benefit harmonization efforts across international locations
• Manage annual enrollments, including communications
• Oversee system and vendor updates
• Manage vendor/consultant relationships
• Analyze and recommend solutions to appeals, employee and HR escalations
• Develop and run database queries to perform data analyses and audits (experience with PeopleSoft is desirable)
• Create/update Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and other communications
• Establish plan governance and international presence to ensure proper plan oversight and compliance with legal and company policies
• Serve on international governance and Trustee committees
• Liaise with internal partners on financial activities impacting international plans, including treasury, finance, accounting and HR
Requirements:
• BS or BA degree with concentration in business management, finance, accounting, human resources or related field
• 7 or more years of administering employee benefit plans, with a combination of retirement, health and welfare plans and a solid understanding of retirement plans
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience required
• 2 years of direct experience working with pension retirement plans
• 5 or more years of demonstrated successful project management experience
