The Manager Compensation oversees the company’s compensation programs and policies to ensure alignment with the Company's business strategy, goals and competitive practices.
This includes, but is not limited to, managing the design, implementation, administration, and communication of cost effective and compliant compensation solutions to achieve business goals, overseeing the team's processes, partnering with Human Resources and other managers on compensation questions and strategic initiatives, and managing the performance of staff through reward, recognition, coaching, counseling, and corrective action.
Experience:
• Five years in compensation administration - Minimum
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience costing large projects.
• Flexibility with change and will embrace change.
• Strong interpersonal skills, working with TA and HRIS
Preferred:
• Certified Compensation Professional
• Professional in Human Resources
• Senior Professional in Human Resources
• Healthcare experience
• Project management experience
