As our client’s recruiting team grows, they need a new teammate to support the TA team in hiring across the company. You will facilitate and support the hiring process across multiple Manufacturing locations. These areas include opportunities in Manufacturing and Materials, Planning, Buying, HR, Production, Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, and much more! We are looking for a self-starter, who takes action and is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders.
You will report to the HR Site Leader and sit on the Talent Acquisition Recruiting team. You’ll maximize partnerships with university relations, diversity sourcing, coordination and recruiting services to optimize efficiency and facilitate the full recruiting lifecycle, end to end.
Qualifications:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; applicable experience in lieu of education requirements will be considered.
• Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in full-cycle, in-house recruiting preferred, but will consider strong Agency Recruiters as well.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems is required; experience with Ultipro desired.
• Semiconductor Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain recruiting experience.
• Experience in facilitation of behavioral-based interviewing.
• Knowledge of acquisition practices, principles, applications, and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills.
• Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.
• Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional skillsets.
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity.
