Our client is seeking a Manager, Compensation that will support the Total Rewards team as part of the company’s Human Resources function to ensure effective development and delivery of compensation programs and services.
• Maintain and further develop our compensation programs, including our annual merit increase program, overall job architecture and salary structures, and our annual incentive plan calculation and accrual process
• Lead the communication of compensation information and programs to leaders, manager, employees and other Human Resources business partners
• Analyze, review, and recommend changes to compensation programs
• Participate in pay surveys on behalf of the company
• Perform market pricing analysis of internal and external job offers as requested
• Provide customer service on compensation related questions
• Assist in development of policies and procedures to support the compensation function
• Support due diligence of compensation matters during mergers and acquisitions , executive compensation and sales compensation as needed
Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• 5 years of experience in compensation, preferably for a Fortune 500 company
• Prefer Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Success Factors
• Understanding of company financial metrics and relationship to shareholder value creation
