Our client is looking for a Director of Organizational Effectiveness to join their team and lead their training, development, and performance efforts. This position leads a team of instructional designers and trainers to ensure the business is delivering outstanding training and building capabilities throughout the company.
• Develops and executes a Learning and Development roadmap (including tools, processes, systems, data capture, measurement, etc.)
• Defines and iterates learning and development processes to improve scale and organizational growth
• Partners with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver impactful outcomes to the organization
• Evaluates applicable outside resources/providers and delivery platforms (i.e. classroom, virtual, e-learning, project, etc.) to deliver elements to meet identified training needs
• Programs all training and development plans inside a Learning Management System
• Participates in change facilitation projects to help the organization drive positive change through customized behavioral areas for change management and organizational development
• Facilitate various instructor-led courses including orientations, systems, and behavioral modification
Qualifications:
• Dynamic leader with 7+ years’ experience in L&D, OD, or HR
• Multi-unit, multi-state experience preferably in retail or restaurant environments
• Strategic focus with an innovation and execution mindset
• Experienced in all facets of Training and Development, to include adult learning theory, instructional design, e-learning, and platform facilitation
• Experienced in utilizing data-based decision processes, Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model, leadership development, operations training, and gamification
• Experienced in gap analysis at both the organization and individual level, with design, development, and delivery to address the gaps.
