As the Senior Manager of Talent Management, you will provide thought leadership to drive enterprise strategy focused on learning and development, training, succession planning, and performance management to enable a highly effective organization with a learning culture. This individual will be responsible for the creation, implementation and evaluation of developmental programs and processes that facilitate continuous learning, leadership development and critical role pipeline development. This role will be a trusted partner, subject matter expert and resource to the business and HR organization. The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen coupled with the ability to think conceptually and strategically while maintaining a results-driven approach. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the HR team to ensure flawless execution of critical programs.
• Develop strategies and practices for the organization that translate into actionable initiatives and follow-through to ensure the company develops and retains the best talent.
• Establish trusting relationships with the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
• Thought partner and co-creator of leadership development programs.
• Enhance and modernize leadership and employee development to ensure an accessible approach to learning that contributes to the development of a strong pipeline of talent readiness.
• Build and enhance programs that build leadership competency, performance management, team development and other cyclical processes.
• Revamp skills-based training programs which reduce early churn leading to strong learning outcomes which ultimate improve operational metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and other programs as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree: Masters preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience working as a Talent Management specialist supporting training, development, succession and talent development.
• 3 or more years managing a team of talent management professionals.
• Experience in training and workshop facilitation is required.
• A data driven mindset.
• Strong commitment towards project management and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to build strong teams and develop others.
• Demonstrated global and cultural awareness.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate and up-to-date understanding of Talent methodologies, processes, and practices
• Hands on program experiences leading development, performance management, HiPO/Pipeline development, and succession
