The HR Manager will ensure Driver Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screenings, and DOT Physicals are coordinated and in compliance. Will be heavily involved in interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding new drivers.

The HR Manager will also maintain employee benefit programs in addition to developing new programs focusing on retention, employee development, and training.

Requirements:
• Qualified candidates will have BS degree along with PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience with FMCSA Compliance and Driver Qualification files is required.
• Must have previous experience in Truck Driving / Transportation industry or related Logistics field.
