Use data and analytics to push our clients organization forward with a data-driven culture for over 24,000 employees. Provide recommendations to evaluate and predict key people metrics while supporting initiatives from corporate executives, field leaders, HR Managers and Training Generalists. Provide insights that will lead the strategic direction for the people team through data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics. Authoritatively and concisely explain data driven analyses to executives and translate recommendations into the language of the business.
• Project manage the various analytics projects across the HR, Finance, and Operational functions.
• Collaborate closely with corporate leadership, HR Managers, and division leaders to evaluate programs that drive measurable results.
• Understand how to develop strong surveys that can easily be deployed to our divisions.
• Design/redesign data visuals to tell compelling stories with data and creates executive-ready analytics and deliverables through best-in-class software (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Partner with the HRIS team to collect and coordinate relevant data analytics, metrics, and reporting. Translate the data into insights that drive thoughtful action plans at the appropriate levels.
• Stay abreast of people and data analytic breakthroughs, resources, and tools.
• Conduct various people/data analytics studies, such as: evaluating predictors and outcomes of turnover, ongoing studies for warehouse performance, impact of various initiatives on performance, turnover and financials, validation of data reporting, pulse surveys, etc.
• Leverage analytics for meaningful executive recommendations and planful translation of data to operations and implementations.
• Partner with business leaders and HR functional groups to develop a standard set of HR and talent key performance indicators.
• Manage people analytics governance, ensuring all projects are prioritized by business value and aligned with other analytics projects in the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, IO Psychology or related field. Masters is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience with people analytics and data visualization software for large organizations.
• Tableau experience (data visualization software). Strong preference to someone with an econometrics background or someone that has worked in finance analytics.
• Experience effectively analyzing talent data to glean valuable organizational and people insights.
• Experience with talent modules on enterprise HRIS platforms. PeopleSoft preferred.
• Proven ability to project manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information.
• Ability to identify and work through problems and conflicting issues in a clear and diplomatic manner.
• Deep expertise and knowledge of best-practices and innovative people analytics solutions.
• Strong ability to story-tell with data and translate findings into meaningful recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively on a highly collaborative team.
• Ability to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to align technology to improve business performance.
